📋 Description

• Conduct selection processes for strategic and high-volume operational positions • Work on projects that require agility, organization, patience and resilience • Identify, attract, interview and select candidates with accuracy • Manage a large number of openings and candidates simultaneously • Ensure deliverables meet the deadlines and hiring targets agreed with clients

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in generalist Recruitment & Selection, preferably in consultancies • Experience with high-volume operational roles such as fast food, customer service, production, logistics, cleaning, general services and retail • Ability to also work with strategic vacancies and more complex positions • Patience and resilience to handle high candidate volume, no-shows, withdrawals and replacements • Agility to work with short deadlines and concurrent demands • Organization, discipline, a sense of urgency and focus on closing hires • Clear, professional communication, both verbal and written • Knowledge of ATS systems, especially InfoJobs/Pandapé, and other recruitment platforms • Registered company (CNPJ) or active MEI required to operate under the contractor (PJ) model
