📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles from intake to offer • Partner with hiring managers to build role briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans • Source talent globally through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and outbound outreach • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and process management • Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate tracking in Ashby • Support hiring operations and reporting • Contribute to process improvements that help Darkroom hire faster and more effectively • Partner closely with the Director of People and hiring managers across Creative, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Retention, and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce, and other cross-functional roles • Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search • Experience working in an ATS; Ashby preferred, Rippling/Notion a plus • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and shifting priorities • Ability to work remotely from Brazil • Ability to work 9 am–5 pm EST • Clear, fluent English communication with U.S.-based clients and senior stakeholders
