📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles across the business, from intake to offer • Partner with hiring managers to build role briefs, job descriptions, and hiring plans aligned to team goals • Source talent globally through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and outbound outreach • Maintain a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and process management • Coordinate interviews and ensure clean tracking in Ashby, supporting hiring operations and reporting • Contribute to process improvements that help Darkroom hire faster and more effectively • Support hiring across Creative, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Retention, and other functions • Partner closely with the Director of People and hiring managers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth environment or digital-first organization • Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce, and other cross-functional roles • Strong sourcing ability using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search • Experience working in an ATS; Ashby preferred, Rippling/Notion a plus • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and shifting priorities • Ability to work 9 am–5 pm EST; this is non-negotiable • Clear, fluent English communication with U.S.-based clients and senior stakeholders • Must be based in Brazil
