📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire metrics • Source and engage technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, internal talent, and Phenom Intelligent Sourcing • Engage passive candidates through outreach, networking, and relationship-building • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings • Coordinate and facilitate interviews using Phenom AI Interview scheduling tool • Evaluate technical skills, problem-solving abilities, behavioral fit, and cultural alignment • Partner with hiring managers on hiring decisions based on interview feedback and technical assessments • Negotiate competitive offers and manage offer extensions • Work with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding • Provide a high-touch, transparent, and engaging candidate experience • Champion the employer brand and participate in tech meetups, career fairs, and networking events • Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday ATS and Phenom CRM • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies • Continuously improve recruiting processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment • Experience recruiting for software engineering, AI/ML Engineers, Data Science, IT infrastructure, or other technical roles is strongly preferred • Use of Google Suite, CRM (ideally Phenom), AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Recruiter • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends • Experience with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best hiring practices • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
