📋 Description

• Advertise job openings across different recruitment channels and social media platforms • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and lead selection interviews • Prepare professional candidate assessments and present applicants who meet the job requirements • Track recruitment process metrics, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables meet quality standards • Maintain ongoing communication with the Retinere team, reporting on process progress and supporting the closing of vacancies

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably recruiting for operational, administrative, technical, and leadership positions • Knowledge of resume screening techniques, competency-based interviewing, and behavioral assessment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • Must have an active Brazilian CNPJ (business registration number) • Availability to work remotely and independently • College degree
