📋 Description

• Gain a deep understanding of the client’s business, the area supported, and employees’ work dynamics in order to deliver high-impact solutions. • Serve as the client’s primary point of contact throughout all project phases. • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of the Looqbox solution, from kickoff through user adoption stabilization. • Lead client meetings, including kickoffs, alignment sessions, status reports, training, and follow-ups. • Prepare and deliver structured presentations on project status, deliverables, risks, scope changes, and schedule adjustments. • Manage project schedules, timelines, and priorities. • Manage the development of deliverables with the internal team, aligning technical and business expectations. • Monitor projects, identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers, and propose action plans. • Address client questions and requests during and after implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Project Management, Customer Success, Customer Experience, or related areas. • Experience implementing and managing projects with clients. • Experience leading client meetings and presentations. • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and risks. • Strong organizational skills for planning and replanning activities and timelines. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to align expectations with clients and internal teams. • Preferred: Experience working at technology or SaaS companies. • Preferred: Knowledge of BI, data, or commercial operations. • Preferred: Experience working with mid-sized and enterprise clients.
