📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate SAP project activities related to tax reform for a pharmaceutical company. • Manage project plans, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. • Coordinate global and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Act as the main interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and project participants. • Monitor project progress and identify risks, blockers, and dependencies. • Define and drive appropriate actions and escalations. • Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders. • Ensure communication and alignment across international teams. • Support delivery of SAP-related business and system changes.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience, with a strong background in Project Management. • Proven experience managing SAP projects. • Experience coordinating project plans, timelines, activities, risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables. • Ability to lead and coordinate global and cross-functional teams. • Experience working with international stakeholders in complex corporate environments. • Availability to work part-time, four hours per day, during the Brazilian time zone. • Experience with projects involving SAP MM and SAP SD (preferred). • Previous involvement in projects related to tax or fiscal changes (preferred). • Experience managing SAP projects within large global organizations (preferred). • Experience coordinating geographically distributed teams and stakeholders (preferred). • Advanced/Fluent English – mandatory for meetings and daily interaction with international teams and stakeholders. • Updated resume in Word format, including relevant SAP Project Management experience, periods, responsibilities, planning activities, risk/dependency/milestone/deliverable management, global team coordination, international stakeholder experience, and English proficiency.
