📋 Description

• Guide customers through successful implementation journeys from project initiation through closure • Keep projects on track, on time, and within budget • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams • Unblock developers and remove dependencies • Identify risks, conceptualize scenarios, and chart paths to success • Ensure project success • Work closely with an agile development team throughout the project lifecycle • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Facilitate continuous improvement of the team and its processes using servant leadership • Identify and resolve problems, questions, dependencies, and team dysfunctions • Track team velocity, health, and sprint progress, and surface risks to stakeholders • Own budgets, timelines, scope, and risks • Act as the client's primary project contact and provide transparent communication • Provide high levels of client communication and customer service • Record action items and disseminate information and tasks to the team • Report weekly to the manager on project health, including budgets, schedules, and scope concerns • Report weekly/monthly status updates to clients

🎯 Requirements

• Agreement with the Corporate Values Statement • Belief in the company's mission to help people • Belief in the principles of open source • Advanced to fluent English communication skills • 3+ years of experience in project management or other applicable roles • Direct work experience in the digital realm and knowledge of development project life cycles • Direct work experience with software development methodologies and project management tools, including SCRUM/Agile and Kanban • Must reside in Brazil • Resume must be submitted in English as a PDF • Scrum certification (PSM) is nice to have • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience is nice to have
