📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ERP integration projects from planning through Go-Live • Manage multiple ERP integration projects simultaneously • Coordinate business, functional, technical, and vendor teams • Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables • Lead data migration activities, including extraction, validation, reconciliation, mock loads, and production loads • Partner with business stakeholders to prepare and validate legacy ERP data • Escalate risks, blockers, and schedule impacts to leadership • Ensure successful testing, cutover, deployment, and post-Go-Live activities • Promote stakeholder alignment across business and IT organizations • Lead ERP integration initiatives resulting from acquisitions and business transformations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of project management experience in ERP or enterprise technology programs • Strong experience leading ERP implementation, integration, or transformation initiatives • Experience managing full-lifecycle ERP integrations • Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) environments • Experience with data migration and data conversion activities • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Experience working with geographically distributed teams • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Advanced/fluent English is mandatory • Preferred: At least 8 years of Oracle EBS experience • Preferred: Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) or post-acquisition integrations • Preferred: Experience coordinating mock data loads, production loads, and Go-Live activities • Preferred: PMP, CAPM, or another Project Management certification • Preferred: Knowledge of enterprise data migration and ERP deployment methodologies • Submit an updated resume in Word format detailing relevant experience and certifications
