📋 Description

• Structure course and product schedules, from defining the syllabus to publication • Formalize and track project scopes, including classes, formats, materials, deliverables, and deadlines • Manage scope changes by assessing their impact on timelines and resources • Lead kickoffs, weekly status meetings, checkpoints, and retrospectives • Serve as the primary point of contact between instructors and the audiovisual, design, proofreading, and platform teams • Track projects, anticipate risks, and prevent delays and bottlenecks • Keep the production board up to date and ensure visibility for leadership • Plan schedules based on the deadlines and capacity of partner teams • Escalate scheduling or capacity conflicts to the Content Coordination team • Provide Marketing and Sales with information needed for product launches and commercialization • Track quality checklists for scripts, recording, editing, reviews, and publication • Ensure all validation steps are completed before publication • Monitor metrics such as NPS and identify opportunities for improvement • Address the root causes of issues, reducing rework and increasing operational efficiency • Manage relationships with instructors and subject-matter experts, negotiating deadlines and tracking deliverables • Develop knowledge of the content and audience to represent students’ needs • Report weekly on status, risks, delays, deviations, and changes • Use MedReview’s processes and methodologies, proposing adaptations and monitoring results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience producing educational content and/or managing educational projects • Experience with project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Jira, or similar platforms • Strong organizational skills and discipline to keep processes, schedules, and management tools consistently up to date • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Autonomy and a strong sense of accountability • Transparency and proactivity in communicating risks, delays, deviations, and changes in direction • Experience with instructional design is a plus • Experience with educational project management methodologies is a plus • Knowledge of metrics and data analysis for monitoring performance and production is a plus • Experience managing relationships with instructors, subject-matter experts, or other senior stakeholders is a plus
