📋 Description

• Gather and understand client processes and requirements related to project management • Build complex automations using Python • Support and train users, promoting engagement with the new platform • Document configurations, best practices, and operating manuals • Support the client with project data loading • Provide support for project portfolio management • Organize information, track deliverables, and foster alignment among the areas involved • Connect project management, technology, and process automation through a consultative, hands-on approach

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • Solid experience in project management, planning, and control • Proficiency in scheduling, WBS, critical path, baselines, physical progress, resources, costs, and performance indicators • Hands-on experience with MS Project • Knowledge of portfolio and program management, PMO, and project governance • Knowledge of predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies • Proficiency in Python for process automation, data processing, and system integration • Ability to develop scripts for reading, transforming, validating, and consolidating data • Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and libraries for Excel file manipulation • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and application integration • Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas and pivot tables; VBA is desirable • Experience with SharePoint Online, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and site structuring • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially integration between Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Project • Experience building integration workflows between MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and corporate systems • Ability to work with relational databases, structured files, and APIs • SQL knowledge is a plus • Solid experience leading engineering and construction projects • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker / Power Automate RPA Developer (desirable) • Microsoft Certified: Project Operations Functional Consultant (desirable) • Python certification (desirable) • PMP or CAPM (PMI), or certifications in agile methods (Scrum Master) (desirable) • Technical English • Strong instructional and user-support skills, with the ability to deliver training
