• Stylish consultations: You guide customers through our varied eyewear portfolio — featuring seasonal collections and the latest fashion and lifestyle trends • Precision through technology: You use AI-assisted refraction systems and 3D lens centering to provide optimal vision consultations and perfect fittings • Shape the store experience: You contribute to a modern, stylish and welcoming atmosphere where customers and colleagues feel comfortable • Foster team spirit & dynamism: You bring your professionalism and creativity, work closely with the team and help create an inspiring work environment • Technical leadership & development: As a Master Optician, you take on technical leadership, share your expertise and pursue ongoing professional development

• You are a Master Optician with an eye for the exceptional and a strong commitment to personalised customer consultation • You can work independently and are eager to share your expertise with your team • You love making customers happy and delivering the best possible service • You have a pronounced sense of style and aesthetics • You are prepared to adapt to the changing demands of a new optical concept and welcome new challenges every day • You ensure professional eye examinations using modern technology and produce a thorough analysis of correction values
