📋 Description

• Analyze performance indicators (productivity, cycle times, efficiency, telematics, fleet OEE) and propose strategic actions for continuous improvement. • Make route corrections directly with clients, planners and related departments, with the autonomy to make decisions. • Input information into systems (Trimble, Solinftec, PIMS and other platforms), performing diagnostics and proposing operational improvements. • Support the development and configuration of internal digital tools. • Ensure the quality of recorded data and compliance with LOTS operational standards. • Support investigations of operational deviations, proposing structured action plans (5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa). • Prepare reports and result analyses for coordination and clients. • Participate in optimization projects, new operational flows and technology implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields. • Experience in logistics operations, preferably in fleet control or control tower roles. • Intermediate Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills. • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development). • Experience with management and telematics platforms (PIMS, Trimble, Solinftec, Omnilink, etc.). • Knowledge of Power Apps and/or Power Automate (a plus). • Critical, data-oriented mindset with a holistic view and the ability to make quick decisions. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead technical and results-focused meetings. • Experience in sugarcane transport operations is desirable. • Availability for shifts and strategic on-call duties according to operational needs.
