📋 Description

• Drive national revenue growth and increase REP Fitness’ market presence across Germany • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with European expansion objectives • Identify and secure new opportunities across commercial gyms, performance facilities and multi-site operators • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities • Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across gym groups and distributors • Negotiate and secure high-value commercial agreements • Establish long-term partnerships with key accounts and wholesale partners • Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to European leadership • Work closely with marketing teams to support brand awareness and market penetration

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in B2B sales, commercial partnerships or business development • Experience within fitness equipment, strength training or performance-led environments • A track record of generating significant annual revenue and managing strategic accounts • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills • The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a national territory • Fluent German language skills (C1 minimum preferred)
