📋 Description

• Advise clients in finance—particularly in controlling, accounting, and group management—on the implementation, further development, and automation of financial reporting. • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and explain the relationships between profit and loss and cash flow in a clear and accessible way. • Support clients across various industries in using the Financial Management Suite. • Systematically identify sources of error, analyze data flows, and reconcile them with an understanding of accounting principles. • Independently develop innovative solutions in the area of financial reporting. • Build dashboards and use Excel or Power BI to visualize complex financial relationships in an understandable way.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in controlling, accounting, or group consolidation. • Understanding of business and financial relationships. • Experience with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Knowledge of relevant KPIs such as EBIT, working capital, and free cash flow. • Knowledge of Power BI or a strong affinity for reporting tools. • Ability to visualize complex financial relationships in dashboards and reports. • Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong customer focus. • Enjoy working with numbers, data, and models. • Confident, authentic, and effective communication style. • Willingness to take responsibility, drive initiatives independently, and grow as part of a team.
