• Lead client onboarding and discovery to assess compensation models and administrative workflows • Provide expert advisory services on physician compensation administration and governance • Develop customized service deliverables, including reference materials and client documentation • Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, client services, and data analytics teams • Support clients with market data, reporting, and workforce management insights • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership initiatives
• Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree required • Clinical, healthcare administration, business, or related field strongly preferred • Substantial, practical experience in physician compensation administration within healthcare organizations • Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, compensation governance, and compliance • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable guidance • Proven ability to manage diverse client relationships and adapt recommendations to varied organizational contexts
