• Lead and serve as the global subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Core, Advanced Compensation, and Talent modules • Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements while ensuring alignment with business needs • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable workforce insights • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to streamline data flows and ensure accuracy • Drive process improvements, governance, and data integrity across global HR systems • Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends, recommending system improvements • Provide training and guidance to HR colleagues, empowering them to use Workday more effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years of HRIS/Workday experience with at least 3 years in Workday configuration/administration • Direct, hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation (mandatory) • Proven track record leading system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements • Experience in a global environment with cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration • Creative problem-solving and ability to design innovative HR technology solutions • Proficiency in Workday Core, Compensation, and Talent modules with strong reporting/dashboard skills • Tech-savvy with a passion for continuous learning and leveraging HR technology to improve the employee experience
