📋 Description

• Partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs, technical requirements, and use cases across LXT’s AI/ML training data and related service lines • Serve as a trusted technical and operational advisor during complex sales cycles, ensuring proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with LXT’s delivery capabilities • Support technical discovery, solution walkthroughs, and capability demonstrations as needed • Translate customer challenges into structured solution components aligned with LXT’s operating model and service portfolio • Lead end-to-end solution design for complex customer engagements, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and operational readiness • Define scope, delivery models, workflows, resourcing requirements, assumptions, and success criteria for proposed solutions • Act as a strategic advisor to Growth leadership on service portfolio evolution, pricing structures, and go-to-market readiness. • Serve as a strategic connector across Growth, Technology, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure revenue strategies are executable and scalable.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, or related roles in AI/ML, data services, or complex technology environments • Strong understanding of AI/ML data workflows, annotation processes, evaluation, and data lifecycle management • Proven ability to design and communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience with pricing models, deal support, and operational scoping • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Sales, Technology, Operations, and Delivery teams.
