📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters and employment law questions • Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and employment references • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes • Help shape and optimize HR processes and policies • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll in cooperation with the payroll provider • Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate processing • Manage the Personio HR software, including time tracking and maintenance of digital personnel files • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies • Support performance management processes, employee surveys, and HR projects • Act as an internal interface with Finance, IT, Legal, and the parent company • Continuously optimize and digitize HR processes • Support the preparation of KPIs, reports, and annual financial statements

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable qualification • At least 2 years of professional experience in operational HR, ideally in a mid-sized company • Good knowledge of employment law • Affinity for IT and enthusiasm for improving and implementing processes • Experience with HR software (e.g., Personio, Workday, or comparable systems) • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Excellent communication skills and a high degree of trustworthiness • Very good German and good English language skills
