📋 Description

• Participate in project handover/briefing meetings for new projects, assisting in the development of coordination standards and the creation of related documentation; • Support Project Managers in preparing and finalizing measurement reports for submission to the client, and monitor updates to document lists and outstanding items; • Prepare monthly project status reports, and organize, update, and maintain project documentation in project folders; • Assist in coordinating periodic meetings (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) with the technical team and management, and be responsible for drafting meeting minutes; • Monitor, together with the Project Manager, the physical, economic, and financial performance indicators of contracts; • Monitor area control demands such as contractual adjustments, performance indicators (IDP and IDC), and project status; • Develop, update, and track project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera; • Assist in creating and managing hours in the system, as well as monitoring employee timesheets.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business Administration degree program; • Familiarity with planning tools MS Project and Primavera; • Computer skills with emphasis on intermediate-level Excel; • Strong communication skills; • Proactive approach to completing tasks; • Interpersonal skills that foster a positive environment for the project team and stakeholders, demonstrating reliability, commitment, loyalty, and respect; • Systems-level perspective of the project.
