📋 Description

• Develop and maintain web applications using the technologies adopted by the company. • Use generative AI tools to accelerate the software development cycle. • Create and refine prompts for code generation, testing, documentation, and automations. • Review, validate, and improve code produced by AI tools. • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI agents. • Contribute to defining best practices for AI-assisted development. • Develop automated tests and ensure the quality of delivered solutions. • Produce technical documentation using AI resources when appropriate. • Share knowledge and train the rest of the team in efficient use of AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in web application development. • Proficiency in at least one modern language (C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar). • Knowledge of REST APIs. • Experience with relational databases. • Familiarity with Git. • Knowledge of agile methodologies. • Curiosity about new technologies. • Self-directed (autodidact) profile. • Ease in learning new tools. • Innovative mindset. • Analytical ability. • Good communication skills. • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. • Continuous improvement mindset. • Critical judgment to validate responses produced by AI. • Interest in sharing knowledge with the team. • Frequent use of tools such as: ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude, Gemini, Augment Code.
