📋 Description

• Diagnose issues and user inquiries related to the application and its components, and propose solutions. • Create and manage tickets and incidents using ITIL methodology via Jira and Zendesk. • Manage and resolve incidents following ITIL / ITSM standards. • Work with database tools for troubleshooting (PostgreSQL). • Support deployments and maintenance of tools, resources, new systems, and new tools. • Perform preventive maintenance on systems. • Monitor system health. • Collaborate with development and operations teams, using SQL knowledge for analysis and support. • Analyze, execute, and contribute to process improvements. • Perform standardized tasks that require application of basic techniques. • Propose and develop workarounds for minor day-to-day issues. • Document processes and create technical specifications. • Manage contracts with essential service providers. • Monitor and manage service quality and supplier compliance with SLAs. • Monitor the performance of service provider contracts. • Log and track requests to service providers and partners. • Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate support and train new users. • Actively participate in the maintenance and support of systems used in business processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Experience: Systems and database support, preferably in technology companies or fintechs. • Advantage: Experience with PostgreSQL and automation tools. • Desired Certifications: ITIL, PMP, CompTIA A+ or similar.
