📋 Description

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the consumer/retail segment; • Perform occasional client visits to assess needs and offer new products; • Present, promote, and sell products/tires using solid sales arguments to existing and new customers; • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and assess existing/potential customer needs to provide appropriate solutions; • Analyze market growth potential within the territory and monitor sales reports and status; • Stay informed of best practices and promotional trends in the region and commercial area; • Provide management with reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; • Completed higher education (advantageous in business administration or commercial/sales areas); • Sales experience (experience with tires is a plus); • Ability to work in a team; • Interest in working with customers / customer-facing roles; • Basic computer skills; • Strong sales skills and confidence; • Valid driver's license (up to date); • Registered as a micro-entrepreneur (CNPJ-ME); • CORE.
