📋 Description

• Design and implement production-grade AI and agent systems • Develop modern architectures around LLMs, knowledge graphs, and data integration • Operate and scale AI workloads on Kubernetes • Take responsibility for deployment and optimization of on-prem LLMs • Build robust architectures including observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop • Lead architecture workshops and advise clients up to C-level • Translate business requirements into viable, cost-effective AI solutions • Actively contribute to shaping the AI portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI projects • Practical experience with LLM- or agent-based systems in production-like environments • Experience in architecture work and client projects • Technical focus on GenAI / LLM systems • Experience with Kubernetes, inference stacks, or observability • Fluent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level) • Strong English is a plus
