📋 Description

• Conceptualize and implement production-ready AI and agent systems • Develop modern architectures around LLMs, knowledge graphs, and data integration • Not only design solutions conceptually but also bring them hands-on into production • Operate and scale AI workloads on Kubernetes • Responsible for deployment and optimization of on-prem LLMs (e.g., vLLM, Ollama) • Build robust architectures including observability, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop • Lead architecture workshops and advise clients up to C-level • Translate business requirements into viable, cost-effective AI solutions • Make well-founded technology decisions and evaluate new frameworks • Actively shape the AI portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI projects • Practical experience with LLM- or agent-based systems in production-like environments • Experience in architecture work and client projects (e.g., workshops, stakeholder management) • Technical focus on GenAI / LLM systems, agent-based architectures, knowledge graphs, data and backend integration • Experience with Kubernetes, inference stacks or observability and an understanding of trade-offs, scaling and cost-efficiency is advantageous • Fluent German (C1 level) in spoken and written form; very good English is an advantage
