📋 Description

• Monthly invoicing in ZEP, including plausibility checks of project hours • Preparation of project invoices, cancellation invoices, and credit notes • Setup, maintenance, and invoice processing in external client tools such as Randstad, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and Candex • Managing the dunning process in ZEP • Monthly review and preparation of travel expense reports in ZEP, as well as maintaining the relevant policies • Processing invoice documents in Candis, particularly reviewing and pre-coding incoming invoices • Supporting the accounting preparation of other business transactions • General administrative duties and organizational support within the Finance team • Opportunity to expand the scope of responsibilities later as additional support needs arise

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree, or comparable qualification • Several years of professional experience in accounts receivable management, accounts payable, or financial accounting • Experience with time tracking and billing systems; knowledge of ZEP and Candis is an advantage • Experience in receivables management and dunning • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel • Very good written and spoken German and English skills • Strong communication skills, with a professional and solution-oriented approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders • High level of reliability and flexibility, along with enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment • Hands-on mentality • Ability to set priorities independently and reliably follow up on operational matters
