• Administer the benefits offered by the company (meal allowance, food allowance, transportation vouchers, medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and others); • Control, audit, verify, and monitor payments of invoices related to benefits; • Act as the main point of contact for employees and vendors regarding inquiries, additions/removals of benefits, and follow-up on requests; • Interface with vendors for negotiation, monitoring of KPIs, and continuous improvement of services; • Support payroll processes related to benefit entries; • Monitor and analyze data related to benefit utilization and costs, proposing improvements and optimizations; • Assist with personnel administration activities; • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and the company's internal policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; • Previous experience managing benefits in medium- or large-sized companies; • Knowledge of labor legislation and standards related to corporate benefits; • Proficiency with Excel (intermediate) and HR management systems (preferably LG/Lugar de Gente); • Familiarity with AI tools applied to corporate routines will be considered a differential; • Availability to work in a hybrid format at our headquarters (4 days on-site in Porto Alegre and 1 day remote); • Strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, communication skills, teamwork, proactivity, and organization are important for this role.
