📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain new features and functionality for the core platform • Enhance and optimise existing features for performance, scalability, and user experience • Develop and maintain integrations with external data providers and third-party services • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects • Identify and implement performance improvements • Implement domain logic using Java with unit and domain-level tests • Collaborate with front-end developers on Java backend services integrated with Angular applications • Work with Product, Engineering, and external partners to deliver roadmap-aligned features • Participate in technical planning and solution design • Contribute to code reviews and promote software development, testing, and maintainability best practices • Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability • Translate business requirements into technical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Angular • Ability to contribute across frontend and backend development • Ability to independently own frontend development while delivering backend features and services • Experience taking features from concept and design through development, testing, and production deployment with minimal supervision • Understanding of enterprise and B2B application development patterns, including RBAC, complex forms and workflows, data grids and large datasets, and multi-tenant architectures • Experience integrating third-party APIs and external data providers • Strong problem-solving skills and experience debugging, troubleshooting, and optimising application performance • Experience writing clean, maintainable, well-tested code, including unit and domain-level testing • Comfortable working in small, autonomous, cross-functional product teams using Agile practices • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Proactive, self-directed product engineering mindset focused on customer value • Enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools and workflows • Interest or experience in sustainability, carbon footprint management, environmental data, or industrial data exchange is an advantage • Residing in and legally permitted to work in the EU
