Mammutmarsch is an organizer of large-scale endurance hiking events that challenge participants to walk long distances (commonly 30–100 km, including a flagship 100 km in 24 hours) across multiple European cities and regions. 📋 Description

• Design advertising materials for social media, paid ads, websites, and email marketing • Develop new visual campaigns and creative concepts • Produce performance-oriented creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels • Support the ongoing development of the Mammutmarsch brand world • Design medals, shirts, certificates, event materials, and merchandise • Create custom event designs for national and international events • Ensure a consistent brand presence across all events • Prepare print-ready files and production data • Coordinate with print shops, manufacturers, and other service providers • Perform quality control of samples and productions • Support the development of internal design processes • Monitor current design trends and new creative formats • Identify and utilize modern design and AI tools • Develop more efficient and scalable design processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in graphic design for digital channels (social media, paid ads, websites, email marketing, etc.) • Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with Figma is a plus) • Strong sense of modern design trends and visual communication • Experience creating advertising assets for digital platforms • Creative and able to independently develop new ideas and concepts • Structured and self-directed way of working • High standards for quality • Ideally experience in print design and preparing print-ready files • Ideally experience with AI-assisted design tools and modern content tools • Ideally experience collaborating with print shops and manufacturers
