Join a team where innovation, integrity, and global collaboration drive real success. • Learn more at www.manaycpa.com • As a People & Culture Supervisor at Manay CPA, you will oversee daily HR operations, guide the People & Culture team, and serve as a trusted partner to both employees and leadership. This role blends operational excellence with team leadership, ensuring processes run smoothly while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performance workplace. You will also leverage data analysis to inform decisions, improve processes, and drive strategic outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture/People Ops experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. • Prior experience in Public Accounting, Audit, or other Professional Services/Consultancy environments is a big plus. • Understanding of U.S. labor law or direct U.S.-based HR experience is preferred but not required. • Fluency in Business English — all interviews and most communications will be conducted in English. • Proven experience with HRIS and ATS platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR technology tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and address sensitive matters with discretion. • Analytical mindset — skilled at interpreting HR data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based recommendations that drive improvement. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a high attention to detail. • Track record of fostering employee engagement and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, innovate, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying current with HR trends and best practices. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work from a home office, with occasional travel as required. • Availability to work on U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours, with some flexibility.
