📋 Description
• Execute and support end-to-end recruiting processes for remote and U.S.-based on-site positions. • Design candidate profiles and publish vacancies. • Actively source talent and manage interview calendars. • Administer candidate assessments and maintain operational tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of experience as a recruiter for high-volume/mass hiring companies • Bonus Asset: B2 in English • Non-Negotiable: The Above The Line Mindset
