• Develop, qualify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities across all Manhead business lines in alignment with the Company's go-to-market strategy. • Leverage an established network of industry relationships while cultivating new partnerships with artists, managers, business managers, attorneys, agents, promoters, record labels, and other key decision makers. • Identify, qualify, and manage strategic opportunities from initial outreach through execution with the Chief Revenue Officer, Business Affairs, and other internal stakeholders. • Develop commercial proposals and partnership structures that maximize value for both Manhead and prospective clients. • Maintain a qualified sales pipeline capable of supporting the Company's growth objectives. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all business development activity within HubSpot. • Represent Manhead at client meetings, conferences, concerts, festivals, and other industry events. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful onboarding and execution of new client partnerships. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, management changes, artist lifecycle events, contract renewals, and other trigger events that create new business opportunities.
• Existing, active network of relationships within the music and entertainment industries. • Proven success sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value commercial partnerships. • Strong understanding of the live entertainment, touring, artist management, and merchandise industries. • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate commercial opportunities from both a revenue and profitability perspective. • Demonstrated commitment to CRM discipline, including accurate opportunity management and activity tracking within HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform. • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented. • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs require.
