📋 Description

• Review submitted information from entities undergoing financial viability assessments • Confirm entity details match customer-provided details • Ensure questions are fully and correctly answered and supporting documentation is accurate and correctly formatted • Verify information is current and within acceptable timeframes • Check and reconcile financial information, including entity names, reporting periods, required documents, and financial statement completeness • Read notes, accountant statements, and auditor reports to understand financial statements fully • Reconcile balance sheets and verify income, expenses, accounts, and figures across periods • Identify and concisely highlight concerns and key assessment points • Maintain high accuracy and quality control • Extract relevant financial statement pages and upload and map financial information to the digital platform • Complete Google Sheets uploads and accurately map income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity accounts • Request clarifications and additional information from assessed entities • Communicate by email with entity and customer contacts, including accountants, finance teams, financial managers, CFOs, directors, and administrators • Communicate concerns and issues clearly to the Analyst Team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to analyse and interpret Financial Statements • Excellent written communication skills • Strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple submissions simultaneously • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Experience reviewing UK Financial Statements or documentation preferred • Experience in Quality Assurance Processes preferred • High level of integrity and professionalism • Collaborative team member who supports others when required
