📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders to provide visibility into financial performance and support decision-making • Perform month-end expense close processes using accounting rules and financial concepts • Ensure integrity and accuracy of expense reporting • Produce timely and accurate financial reporting review packages, including KPI reports, monthly variance-analysis presentations, board reporting, quarterly product reviews, and budgeting materials • Update monthly spend forecasts with business partners • Analyze risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations • Support annual budgeting and ongoing financial planning activities • Maintain and improve process documentation and reporting tools • Perform ad-hoc analysis supporting business initiatives and operational decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or related field • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles • Excellent writing and oral communication skills • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required • Experience with forecasting and budgeting tools • Ability to effectively multi-task projects with competing priorities • Ability to make decisions under pressure and work under tight deadlines • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to work independently and within various teams
