📋 Description

• Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills and match them to job opportunities • Build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients • Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on commitments • Advocate on behalf of candidates and ensure they are equipped for successful employment • Develop and maintain brand awareness by sharing recruitment expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience • High school diploma or equivalent • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience or exposure to people or project management
