📋 Description
• Identify, attract and manage the selection process for technical talent • Drive full cycle recruitment process providing exceptional experience to candidates and clients • Develop relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants • Meet performance targets by being goal-oriented and agile in a fast-paced industry
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in core engineering (Front End, Back End, Full Stack, etc.) • Experience in identifying technical talent with technologies in AI, IoT, Search Products, Web Products, Distributed Applications, User Interfaces, Back-End Systems, Full-Stack Development or Embedded Systems. • A Bachelor’s degree (optional)
