📋 Description
• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for active roles • Leverage your existing network and pipelines to drive placements • Submit candidates aligned to client requirements and compensation • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Collaborate with TTE leadership on role priorities and feedback • Deliver quality over quantity targeted, well-matched submissions
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years recruiting experience in manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades • Proven track record of successful placements • Strong existing candidate network (this is critical) • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Experience with contract and/or direct hire placements • Strong communication and candidate management skills
