📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various business functions, including blue-collar and high-volume hiring projects • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience • Coordinate offers and support hiring managers through decision-making • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Support recruitment initiatives across the French-speaking market • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience • Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team to improve recruitment processes and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment • Proven experience in blue-collar, operational, manufacturing, logistics, industrial, or volume recruitment • Experience recruiting across multiple functions in-house, RPO, or agency environments • Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Fluent French and English, written and spoken • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools • Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment
