📋 Description

• Support and manage Commercial and Operations requisitions across Israel and the wider Middle East & Africa region • Recruit for roles across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and South Africa • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting • Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions • Track recruitment metrics, create dashboards, and provide data-driven insights • Prepare metrics and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint • Consult with and manage stakeholders at all organizational levels • Build relationships and influence through collaboration • Represent the company at recruitment events and career fairs • Apply knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements • Report to the Sr Manager, TA, EEMEA

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew and English • Advanced Degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience • Preferred background in life sciences, healthcare, or corporate environments • Preferred fields of study: Business, Human Resources, or related field • Experience recruiting internationally preferred • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems; Workday knowledge preferred • Expertise in sourcing strategies including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple business functions • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels • Data analysis and reporting capabilities • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Additional language skills beneficial, including German, French, Spanish, or Mandarin • Track record of building relationships and influencing through collaboration • Experience with metrics tracking, dashboard creation, and data-driven recruiting insights • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Project management and process improvement capabilities • Experience representing a company at recruitment events and career fairs • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
