📋 Description

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of business functions • Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies • Sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates using a variety of recruitment channels • Conducting interviews and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process • Coordinating offers and supporting hiring managers through the decision-making process • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment • Experience recruiting across corporate or business functions, either in-house, RPO, or agency • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • Fluency in French, Italian, and English (written and spoken) • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced international environment
