📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake meeting through to offer management • Recruiting across Germany (approximately 50% of your workload) as well as Austria, the Nordics, Benelux and other EMEA markets • Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies • Managing both internal and external recruitment processes • Sourcing and engaging candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels • Conducting candidate screening, competency-based interviews and assessments • Building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive talent mapping • Managing approximately 15–20 open roles simultaneously while ensuring a high-quality recruitment process • Providing recruitment insights and updates to hiring managers and stakeholders • Delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes • Experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner within an in-house, RPO, or agency environment • German language proficiency at minimum B2 level • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive sourcing techniques • Talent mapping experience • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills • Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines • High level of self-management and a proactive mindset • Ability to work independently in a fully remote international environment
