📋 Description

• Build and maintain candidate pipelines • Review, screen, and contact candidates within the ATS • Provide a positive candidate experience in a high-volume recruiting environment • Conduct phone screens and extend offers • Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the process • Accurately document and track all recruiting activities in the ATS • Attend required training sessions and implement guidance from mentors and team leads • Collaborate effectively with recruiters and cross-functional teams • Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and the ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in Talent Acquisition is required • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conducting outbound calls, are essential • Demonstrated technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and effectively utilize multiple platforms concurrently • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, with the ability to meet or exceed performance goals • Must be able to work fully equipped remotely.
