📋 Description
• Provide guidance and resolution of HR issues • Deliver world class care experiences for employees • Contribute to continuous improvement of workforce experience • Partner closely with centers of excellence for program improvement • Deliver personalized care through chat/phone/case work • Coach end users through HR technology systems
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of HR generalist experience • Bachelor's degree preferred • Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings • Adept at coaching people leaders and employees • Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment • Continuous improvement mind-set • Comfortable with heavy use of technology
