📋 Description

• Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills, match them to job opportunities and develop pathways to help them achieve their career goals. • Build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients. • Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on commitments. • Grow into an expert and adapt to the fast-paced and changing world of work. • Leverage knowledge of role design and the required competencies to market, screen and present candidates to opportunities. • Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline. • Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities. • Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience. • Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for skilled trades manufacturing positions. • Proven ability to manage high requisition loads of at least 50–75+ positions. • Experience recruiting across 12 or more locations at one time. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work in the across Pacific, Mountain and Central time zones. • Resilient, resourceful, and comfortable in a high‑pressure environment. • High school diploma or equivalent.
