📋 Description

• Responsible for business development to grow the institutional business across the Western region of the USA • Cover all asset classes, primarily public equity and fixed income institutional distribution • Collaborate with specialist sales teams to generate revenue in asset classes • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with identifiable milestones and objectives • Coordinate with the private market sales team for leads and closing new business • Partner with various teams to produce timely and thoughtful responses to client inquiries • Collaborate with institutional marketing for campaigns to increase brand awareness

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience within an asset management firm working with institutional investors • Solid understanding of the Investment Industry and Institutional Market • Extensive knowledge of multiple asset classes including fixed income, equities, alternative credit, private equity, private credit, and private real asset strategies • Ability to articulate complex investment processes clearly, knowledgeably, and credibly • Proven track record of success in raising assets on an individual basis • Wide network of institutional investor relationships across various organizations • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills • Bachelor's degree in business or economics, preferably with a concentration in finance • MBA and/or CFA preferred • FINRA Series 7/63 required
