📋 Description

• Manage a team of 10+ designers and a portfolio of 100+ clients • Assign incoming design tasks to the best-suited designers • Manage workload to ensure promised 24-hour delivery • Perform quality control and approve final team output • Handle leave requests, internal and external communication, and problem resolution • Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures • Conduct monthly and annual performance reviews • Lead one-on-one and group training on onboarding, customer communication, and time management • Step in via chat, email, or video call to manage complex client relationships and keep projects on track

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role • Strong knowledge of graphic and/or web design • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva • Experience with Slack, Asana, and Notion • Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines • Confident, direct communication skills, including delivering hard feedback • Fast learner who treats change as normal • Excellent written and spoken English • Available to work US Eastern Time, 9 AM to 6 PM, without exception • Full-time availability: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
