📋 Description

• Identificar y prospectar activamente empresas objetivo en Estados Unidos y Latinoamérica a través de LinkedIn, correo, llamadas y otros canales • Calificar leads entrantes y salientes según criterios de fit (tamaño, etapa, necesidad financiera) • Agendar reuniones de descubrimiento entre prospectos calificados y el equipo de liderazgo • Construir y mantener un pipeline saludable en el CRM, con seguimiento riguroso de cada etapa • Personalizar mensajes de outreach que comuniquen con claridad la propuesta de valor de la firma • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de finanzas y liderazgo para refinar el ICP (perfil de cliente ideal) y los mensajes de venta • Reportar métricas de actividad y conversión de forma consistente

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 años de experiencia en desarrollo comercial, ventas B2B o roles similares (SDR/BDR) • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal en español e inglés • Comodidad hablando con perfiles ejecutivos (CFOs, fundadores, líderes financieros) • Organización y disciplina para gestionar un pipeline de alto volumen • Interés o experiencia previa en finanzas, consultoría o servicios profesionales B2B (deseable, no excluyente) • Mentalidad proactiva, resiliente y orientada a resultados
