• Support the team in analyzing tax issues related to clients' activities; • Conduct research on legislation, legal doctrine and case law in tax matters; • Assist in drafting and reviewing procedural filings and administrative submissions; • Monitor tax-related judicial and administrative proceedings; • Collect and analyze documents and information to support the department's tasks; • Manage deadlines and update case tracking systems;
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Postgraduate qualification in tax law preferred.
