📋 Description
• Build strong, consultative partnerships with leaders and associates to drive business success and foster a culture of excellence. • Coach leaders on performance, engagement, and career development, helping teams reach their full potential. • Monitor engagement trends and partner with leaders to create action plans that enhance the associate experience. • Provide strategic guidance on associate relations, policy interpretation, and employment law, balancing empathy with sound judgment. • Execute HR processes that shape the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and performance management to compensation planning and talent reviews — while continuously improving how we do them. • Partner closely with HR peers across Talent, Learning, Benefits, and Compliance to deliver seamless, end-to-end support for our teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of HR experience, with a strong background as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting multi-site teams • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR certification preferred) • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or asset management a plus • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders at all levels • Exceptional coaching, communication, and facilitation skills • Strong business acumen and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Deep expertise across core HR areas including employee relations, engagement, leadership development, and compliance
