📋 Description

• Own EC Tutoring’s new-client growth and intake number end to end • Evaluate Google Ads, family referrals, organic/AI search, email/newsletter, and webinar channels to determine where to invest • Design and run growth tests and assess declining channels • Build and strengthen the family referral program • Track lifetime value by acquisition source and persona, revisiting assumptions every 6–12 weeks • Sit on the leadership team and contribute strategic recommendations • Report performance and recommendations in clear, actionable terms • Reduce manual newsletter, blog, and webinar production using AI and automation • Use HubSpot data to understand acquisition sources and target messaging • Explore EC Tutoring’s visibility in AI-driven search and develop repeatable influence methods • Coordinate the existing part-time digital marketer and external SEO/paid-digital agency

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level marketing experience; not entry-level or an extremely senior/CMO-level specialist • Ability to overlap with EST hours from 2:00 pm–8:00 pm SAST • Comfortable interpreting performance data and deciding where to invest, cut, or test • Motivated to use AI and automation to reduce manual marketing work • Strong written communication skills • Direct-to-consumer or family-facing marketing experience is a plus but not essential • Transferable backgrounds, including B2B, will be considered • CRM experience; HubSpot is a plus • Able to propose strategy and execute tests directly
