📋 Description

• Take over sales operations and marketing operations work currently handled by the commercial lead • Build HubSpot as the operational backbone and connect it to ChatGPT and other tools in the stack • Keep the setup documented and maintainable as the team grows • Turn documented LinkedIn conversations into structured insight about what works, what does not, and with whom • Feed insights into ICP and playbook documentation, outreach, and other channels • Automate the outreach insight loop so it runs consistently • Work with SDRs to understand their daily activities and identify automation opportunities • Build and roll out automations so SDRs can focus on high-value conversations • Deploy paid LinkedIn campaigns after messaging is validated • Target accounts and people already in conversation • Connect paid activity to the insight loop so targeting and messaging reflect conversation insights • Help shape new media-buying processes within the martech stack

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience building in HubSpot (workflows, integrations, lead routing, data hygiene) • Practical experience using AI and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, custom GPTs, APIs) • Working understanding of performance marketing sufficient to plan, run, and learn from paid LinkedIn campaigns • Experience working alongside sales or SDR teams and making their day-to-day easier • Track record of diagnosing problems independently and building the fix without detailed direction • Ability to understand complex products and customer needs quickly • Experience in a small B2B team (bonus) • Exposure to long sales cycles and high-value, low-volume deals (bonus) • Familiarity with technical or data-driven products (bonus) • Demonstrable example of something built, such as a workflow, automation, system, or fix
